3. Vending Machine Purchases (For Buyers of the Machines)
If you purchase a vending machine through MicroMart Malaysia:

MicroMart Malaysia acts only as an ordering and facilitation agent for machines manufactured and supplied by third-party vendors.

Once your order is confirmed and payment is made, all responsibilities related to delivery, logistics, warranty, servicing, or post-sale support lie directly with the original supplier and not MicroMart Malaysia.

MicroMart Malaysia is not liable for any damages, delays, or disputes after the point of purchase. All post-sale communication must be directed to the supplier.

4. Purchases from Vending Machines (For Users)

Prices for items sold via vending machines are displayed on the machine interface and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds & Customer Issues

Delivery timelines for vending machines vary based on supplier schedules, shipping arrangements, and order volume. Estimated delivery is typically between 4 to 8 weeks from the date of order confirmation and full payment. MicroMart Malaysia is not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer, customs clearance, or logistical disruptions.
